From the moment you book with us, we store the information below. Behind every form of personal information is the purpose of storing your data.

For all these data, you will give us the permission to use them, by checking the box in the bookingproces.
For all data provided by you, we will use these between the time of booking and a maximum of 2 years (in connection with the Travel Contract Act, where the limitation period of any claim is two years). We use your data in practice only between the time of booking and a maximum of 8 weeks after returning from our trip. We need this information to correspond (by e-mail / telephone), when necessary to be able to reach you, to be able to register the invoice and to provide it to third parties (see above).
At Arcticmarathon, we handle personal information with care. All information you provide to us will be kept strictly confidential and will not be lent, rented or sold, nor made public in any other way. As soon as you state this (and you have this right at all times), your data will be removed from our database if there is no legal basis for us to keep your data. This is possible because you cancel a trip with us.
After a maximum of 8 weeks after returning, we will no longer use the information you provide. You will then no longer receive any newsletters or other (digital) correspondence from us. You will not receive a message when we delete your data.
If you ask a question via the contact form on the website, by sending an e-mail or if you approach us by telephone, we will not store any data, other than responding to your question. We do this by sending you a reply to your e-mail or by calling you back. So we do not store this data.
Once you book with us, you confirm that you agree to provide your personal information. We agree with this agreement to be able to justify to the authorities that we comply with the legal requirements.
We store the registered invoice in accordance with the statutory requirements of the tax authorities for 7 years, after the end of the calendar year that the invoice has been sent.
We can not delete this data on request.
